Single Survey Scotland

A integral part of the Home Report in Scotland is the Single Survey. The Single Survey Scotland is as a report aims to give potential buyers an indication of the market value and condition of the property at a glance. It also delves into the key area of ‘Accessibility’ and highlights areas of concern or interest to specific parties eg blind, partially sighted parents with young children, disabled buyers etc who may require information on different areas to the normal provided in a Home Information Pack or HIP produced for England and Wales
